Theresa Stone

Starting in the industry almost two decades ago at A.G. Edwards, Theresa Stone joined Raymond James in 2004 and served for four years as executive assistant to Jeff Saut, former Chief Investment Strategist, in the Equity Capital Markets division. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida during that time and attained the position of desk manager and international liaison for the Retail Liaison office in Equity Research over the next two years. Theresa moved to Asset Management Services in 2010 and served as an associate vice president of internal sales for two years before joining Raymond James Financial Services (RJFS) in the business development role in January 2013. She holds the Series 7 and 66 securities licenses as well as the Institute of Investment Management Consulting (IIMC) designation.

Theresa’s professional and civic activities include service as a member of the steering committee for the Young Professionals Network at Raymond James as well as sitting on the committees of the Women’s Interactive Network and Friends of Raymond James, a nonprofit charitable organization. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Theresa, her husband, Shawn Waked, and their Doberman, Scarlett, live in St. Petersburg, Florida. Shawn affiliated with RJFS as an independent advisor in 2016. The two enjoy swimming/scuba diving, bicycling, tennis, blues music and international travel.
